RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery via a tracked and signed for service.
I don't accept changes or cancellations but please contact me if there is a problem with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items purchased with standard shipping will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and are insured up to £250.
Items purchased with domestic standard shipping can be insured up to £750.
Express shipping is sent using DHL Express CO2 Neutral Shipping which means your order is tracked, and fully insured and as soon as it is ready to be dispatched it will arrive within 2-4 working days.
If your piece is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 8 weeks for made to order items to be dispatched. For a fast turnaround, please get in touch at hello@anyotherkingdom.uk
International customers are responsible for any tax fees or duties.
