What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from receiving your jewellery to return it if you are not happy. Bespoke and customised products cannot be returned. Jewellery must be returned in the condition it was received. To initiate a return please send an email to hello@anyotherkingdom.uk
WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT FEES?
If you live outside of the UK your jewellery may be subject to import fees / duty fees. AOK does not take any responsibility for these fees. Please take the time to learn about your countries policy before you purchase.
When will I get my order?
Ready to ship products will be shipped within 2-3 working days of purchase. Made to order products will take between 4-6 weeks to be ready for shipping. If that doesn't suit you please send an email to hello@anyotherkingdom.uk to see if we have any flexibility with these dates.
Where is the jewellery made ?
All jewellery is handcrafted in Glasgow using recycled precious metals and ethical gemstones.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping varies depending on where you live and how quickly you wish to receive your jewellery . We ship internationally.
